Will Rhyno's ability pick up Rhyno's spinebuster from arsenal when manbeast of NXT is in backstage?
Is the 'As a maneuver...' on Rhyno Spinebuster only relevant when being played? Does this make the interaction different from something like Standing drop kick TB (when you have lower Fortitude)? Thanks in advance.

While this is 100% correct, there's a related corner case worth bearing in mind. Effects that set an exact Fortitude value, rather than modifying it, are effective in all areas (Goldberg's Spear and Jackhammer being F: 0, for example); effects that raise or lower Fortitude happen at a specific point in the Timing Breakdown. The latter is far more common, but once in a while you will find the former instead.
