Both effects state "card effect" so it cannot be damage

You're playing a 6D strike with no text on the ability-ied move, all it does it copy damage not text and effects, the revo laughs at you laughing at it :)

This is what deava said under my rules questions section
"The second Damage application is identical to the first when it comes to reversal restrictions, etc. It's still Damage from the qualifying maneuver, it's an exact duplicate of the first."

So with that ruling revo would do nothing.

Don't hold your breath. The RMS won't let you fiddle with the number of times a maneuver can deal damage (just like Batista can't make an RMS reversal deal damage 0 times).

Also, we're still fiddling with Nakamura in playtesting, so take everything so far with a grain of salt.

Goes for a lot of us. Really can't wait to hear when we can expect to see more of V9, yet it made my heart sink a little regarding Creed's previous message.

Pretty sure he's not saying that they won't be ready before then, just that there may be a change or two still incoming.  Also support can make a big difference in how it plays vs. what it seems like from their ability.

Her ability+her backstahge makes me think she's getting a card that makes her manuvers harder to reverse

This may be quite interesting if it's a play restriction for her that's superstar-specific. We've not seen much of those in the game so far (most notorious being Backed by SmackDown GM Vickie Guerrero) so this is exciting news! However, there will be a need to have some counters for those if not it can get quite NPE-inducing.
