With Sasha, the key is to build around a Set-up or series of Set-ups so you can take advantage of their effects.  I'd recommend looking at the setups that are available in the game, seeing what they do, and then building around that.  Build Momentum into Divas moves is a good idea as Rated SRH said, but there are other concepts she can do well at (Irish Whip + Lumberjack Match, Throw/Gut Wrench into Grapples, Chain Wrestling into Chain moves, etc.)  She's also a good RP: Back deck as she can change the maneuver type that RP: Back blocks with her cards.
100% reason to remember the name.

Lucky for you...I am mighty.

After looking at every back card in existence...alot of them arent good and depending her superstar specific cards doeesnt seem consistent at all unless I'm overlooking something.

Hogtrail

I use First of All since it prevents Sasha's three worst enemies: Frankie Ho, Reach/Grasp, and Fortitude Surge.

Gut wrench × 10, a bunch of good grapples, and all the good reversals. That's about it to me

I got cute with her and packed ten tech monkey flips in her backstage and went heel b2b ....it's different, its okay but it's certainly unique
Thanks to the much hated Revolution Format and Roman Reigns' spear I beat three other folks to be your current Raw Deal Champion and the "most irrelevant one in history" ...yay me :)

Builds I've tried before:
Gut Wrench/Throw into the Corner x 10 plus grapples to plunge
FTTR TB x 10 and throw almost all High Risks
Ask Yourself, How Many Are There Stall Control (which went horribly, but was fun to play).
Slingshot Into The Ring Post Coach/Premier Raw (optional).

I feel like the best of those has been the Gut Wrench build, but don't sleep on the FTTR build.  A lot of those lower-end high risks are better than you think, and you also get the option of a "free shot" through your Mid to get to the mid-tier High Risks (F-wise).
100% reason to remember the name.

what do you mean by plunge?

Plunge = playing cards that modify your opponents fortitude rating for playing reversals, grab the Mic (tb), original throw in the corner Turnbull, etc
