I have submitted events for Gencon as follows:

Thursday:
10:00am: VC
1:00pm: Intro
2:00pm: VAA
5:00pm: Intro
6:00pm: NXT Format

Friday:
10:00am:VAA
1:00pm:Intro
2:00pm:VC
5:00pm:Intro
6:00pm:VR

Saturday:
10:00am:Worlds
5:00pm:Intro

Sunday:
10:00am:Classic AA

Just what was requested.  You can take the schedule with a grain of salt, but over the last 7 years, we've always gotten exactly what we've requested.
