As we prepare for the World Championships, there are a couple of important announcements that bears repeating.

A.) Typed decklists are REQUIRED and MANDATORY for the World Championships.  There are reasons for this and there are no exceptions.  This is not a frugal exercise, ask the people who made the cut most notably in 2013, there will be deck checks. Onesie-twosie changes made in pen the night before are acceptable. 

B.) I will be running a majority of the tournaments onsite, so if you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask me.  If I look frayed, exasperated, and tired, it's because I will be.  Bringing prize support cross country and running tournaments for 3 days for no compensation will wear on anybody. Your patience is appreciated, as I, and the RDPC team that is bringing you the 2015 Raw Deal World Championships, will do our collectively best to call everything right down the middle while blowing a whistle as loudly as I can. 

C.) The Raw Deal World Championships is serious business, please treat it as such.  It is also a place where fellow Raw Deal Players from across the country/globe will be traveling to play Raw Deal.  Be respectful and be treat your fellow players how you would like to be treated.  I won't tolerate any berating or shenanigans of any kind. Having said that do not test me with your whining, complaining, or anything along those lines. 

D.) Above all, remember Raw Deal is also a game. Have fun!

E.) Finally, I want to loudly again promote Velacards for his gracious prize support. Worlds wouldn't be what it is without you sir!

Crap, I've totally forgotten to buy tickets for all the events.....you wouldn't have the link handy to save me some time would you??

Also would anyone object to the MAMI being played Sunday at Noon?? It conflicting with Worlds just seems like a problem and I'm in no rush to head home this year since there's no PPV (and carrying all 12 of those decks plus decks for worlds is a bit of a hassle)....thanks!

  Sadly I may not actually be able to participate in Worlds this year. I've had some bad personal issues come up and have recently lost most of my decks. I don't know if I have time to acquire the cards and build competitive new Virtual AA and Virtual Classic decks between now and then due to having a job that has me away from home 3-4 days a week.

Theren, many of us have extra stuff and virtual is full of top line superstars. So owning superstar specifics are just 1 click away. If you own 100 steps escapes but lost your only like 4 revos. Go print out a legend and get those steps escapes in there! You will absolutely be competitive. No matter what you bring. I hate to see a player who loves the game unable to play because of tragedy. Take what you got. Make a thread seeing what people have soare of. And win yourself a title!

  Thank you for your support, alas it isn't a matter of supplies so much as time in this instance, between 3-4 days of living in hotels for work and lots of kid things this weekend not a lot of time for tinkering with cards lol. I'm going to try and throw a couple decks together and see how they do in play tests and format specific tournaments maybe. Depending on results I may go ahead and try to see what I can do. On a side note, things would be so much easier if I could just get my daughters to play Raw Deal.

I thought the Memorial was on Sunday at 11:00.  My receipt for my ticket purchases says it's on 8/2/2015, so unless it changed and the organizers/Gen Con failed to e-mail me a change or switch... (Crew/Goth, help us out on this).

As for the link, just go to Gen Con's site and purchase tickets there; you can search Supershow and Raw Deal for the two games.

If you have Lackey, build your deck there, export it as a txt file, and that should work.

If that KedEx Office location is still open across the street, if you have your decklist typed out, you can get it to me BEFORE I leave on Friday and I'll swing out there and get it printed Saturday before the Tournament begins.
