not bad, tho i dont know about the "JR flavor text" bit.  That sounds like an awful lot of cards.  i also think his ss ability should somehow modify king interferes.

how bout this

Good Ol' J.R.

SHS- 5
SSV- 4

you may not pack grapple or high risk maneuvers

your cards titled the king interferes are not active, have the added text of "draw 2 cards", and are -5F

once during each of your turns you may discard 1 card to either search your arsenal for a card with J.R. in the text

you may pack and play the card titled "<WWE logo> Commentators"

By Gawd!
Reversal: Special

Reverse any card and end your opponent's turn.
Draw 2 cards and opponent discards 2 cards.
Unique
F:8 D:0

thats all i think i would change

I'd think he'd be able to pack enforcers and would have a smaller arsenal. Give him an ability similar to "Good Old Fashioned Slobber Knocker" or whatever the card is called that limits opponents actions..maybe a bonus if you reveal Austin as your enforcer, and bonus text for king interferes....and he should have a card called "That ladder isn't made of Hershey's Chocolate!" LOL.
I'm the wind, baby.
