Took a few tips from other posts...other tips would be appreciated.  Basic point of the deck is to mill your opponent to death...practically when anyone plays a card, someone mills, and usually more than one card.

i personally have been happier with this prematch line up
Philadelphia (i think that is the foreign object search one)
old school wrestling match Tb
distractingly divalicous
summerslam
inferno match
managed by paul bearer
through the fire and flames
born of hellfire
premeire wwf superstar TB
the other four  can be what you want them to be, like an allegiance maybe.
It generates a ridiculous amount of flip before the game really starts. 6 for hellfire + 6 per trigger of OSWM which will trigger twice for the opponent. philly makes you skip your first turn. distractingly  makes it so maneuvers can't be played during  the first two turns. your opponent gets stuck two turns not playing manuvers= two turns of flip. they flip also for no way out. If you add starting hand sizes which average somewhere between 7 and 12 cards( especially with search cards like no show) it adds up to a flip of somewhere between 27-32 cards before a maneuver is played.
also since you are forcing the skipping of your first turn you can pack as many backstage cards as you want not fearing backstage shenanigans.

also since you are forcing the skipping of your first turn you can pack as many backstage cards as you want not fearing backstage shenanigans.

This is not true, and is misleading, in fact. Your "first turn" is the first turn that you take. Skipped turns never happen, which means that if you skip your first turn with Philadelphia, and then skip your first turn with Backstage Shenanigans, you will lose two turns, since in the wake of Philly, what would have been your second turn is now your "first turn" and gets skipped with Backstage Shenanigans.

A visual example. Y is your turn, O is the opponent's turn. If you're a lower SSV (which you're assuming for Philly), the turn sequence runs like this:

O -> Y -> O -> Y -> O -> Y

When you play Philly, the first Y is skipped, leaving you with:

O -> O -> Y -> O -> Y

If you get Backstage Shenanigans played on you on top of that, the first Y is skipped again, leaving:

O -> O -> O -> Y

Turns aren't assigned numbers and then the cards look for those numbers; "skip your first turn" just means "the first time that you'd take a turn, don't".

Edited for clarity.

Philly + Distractingly Divalicious + Old School Wrestling Match TB to make the opponent sit and burn 12 because he can't play cards works, yes. Since the turn that you skipped never happens, the two turns that Divalicious locks down both belong to your opponent (they're the first two Os in the diagram above).

That video is blocked in America, sorry.

But yeah, I thought it would be an amusing reference, and Guitar Hero players and/or fans of epic metal would chuckle.  :)
