Old School back to basics
« on: July 04, 2010, 06:29:22 AM »
Now people, just wish to get some ideas

Feud: B2B
Stip: Old School Wrestling match- Prematch +3
Old school manager- Prematch +1
Old school beatings/ psychology x3

You can play nine slots. You have used 6. What other old school cards can I use?

Old School Donnybrook
...??
I'm drawing a blank...

Aso, assume you don't get a venue off, so there are still 2 cards to play

Old School Payback, Old School Antics, and if you're Rey Rey, Old School Luche Libre.

If you don't play Old School Wrestling Match TB, you can play Old School Cage Match with the non-TB Old School Wrestling Match

And if you have it, there's a RDPC Throwback title belt that's considered to have Old School in the title.  +2SHS and they can't play non-unique reversals to your moves when you're at 0F.

On the superstar-specific tip, the WCW Piper Pre-match makes all of his pre-match "Old School" pre, so he can play them during B2B.  I'm not sure if that helps at all, but it's there.

Well, you can play the following...

Any Venue you need for your deck. If you don't want to pack a venue and you're willing to give up the old school manager, you can use pulled some strings to keep your stipulation in play.
Back to Basics
Old School Wrestling Match/Old School Cage Match - Pre-Match +3
Old School Manager - Pre-Match +1
Throwback WWF Title
Old School Psych or Old School Beating x3
Old School Donnybrook
Getting some old school payback

If you're Rey Mysterio or The Rowdy one it works a little bit differently.

Philly is 9 times out of 10 the venue of choice when I build a B2B deck.  If I have a burn engine in the deck, grab 3x Steel Chain Shots.  Or vary it up depending on the situation.

Old School Antics if you can't think of anything else, and "Your Town" if you don't play the title is one of the best Venues ever for B2B, well at least it was at tournies cause everyone wants to play Managers and Title Belts and guess what they can't ;)
