The Future of Sport Entertainment
« on: June 19, 2009, 07:10:33 AM »
Does anyone have deck ideas for The Future of Sport Entertainment? I havent played raw deal in a while and i like Kennedy, but since he is dead in rev 4 i can't play him. I was just wondering if anyone had a good deck with him and what it did.

You may want to look at the Backstage card he gets.  While it IS playable by TFOSE, there's no point to playing him with it when it replaces his ability and turns him into Kennedy anyway.  :)  And gives him a very handy ability, especially when you fetch say Sucker Punch and Ref Takes a Bump with Kennedy's Mic.

Lot's of different ways

He's basically All together now by himself

All volley prematch
All Chain prematch
All Faction prematch
bitter rivals, mic, premiere smackdown, 7 mccools
All Face prematch

cant be that hard to do

PSDS + McCools is alright, but you're not doing TOO much to stop your opponent's pre-and midmatch, as they'll still be able to play prematch, including My Game My Way (from the discard pile) to get their mid-match back again. (Sounds like you *could* be helping them out even, letting them draw for discarding For Love of the Game AND getting them back to play when they're behind in fort. About all this combo really does is let you draw massive cards during the prematch for the Smackdown logo'ed McCools...

There are quite a few directions you could take the prematch with that ability, though.

I had an idea with the Backstage card (Yeah, I know its not technically TFOSE but I thought it should be said.)  I figured with that "Ability" and Find out how to fight from Finlay, Dynamic could be really viable with him.

haha you think im gonna run that deck at worlds? seriously think imma waste my rev 4 deck spot with it. i can turn D-von into a tornement winning deck (which i did) and play it instead. maybe ill run it in 1 of the 9 gencon tornements for fun. but i got some more ideas for worlds.

And here's me thinking people would play in the Rev 4 environment for fun XD and not get uptight about things like "Worlds".

lol. You're not reading what I said. I said I'm sure that deck does win. Just like every deck I play at an event I go to wins.

(In our cases, I'd put those spots in the "W" columns more because of the players than the decks, though.)

At any rate, AS I WAS SAYING EARLIER...

I look forward to seeing you at GenCon.

Now if you're through arguing with yourself, back to our regularly scheduled deck discussion

No doubt.  That's why, when I would go to a new area, I'd kick my first round opponent in the chest as a warning to the others, and to establish dominance.*

Hmmm.. maybe that's why they made me the rules guy instead of letting me play...   ;D

Can you even get your leg up high enough to kick them in the chest?   :P

No wonder you didn't do so hot at Origins '05...
 :D

As for Creed being "out of shape", just two years ago I watched him race across the RD section of the game room at GenCon to put up the match pairings every round. If he's out of shape, I'd be scared silly of his "in shape" state.
