my question is simple: if i have more than 18F... does precision haymaker force my opponent to draw 5 cards if i choose that or he draws how many he wants?

There's no up to listed on Precision Haymaker and thus no matter your fortitude (as long as Haymaker's a legal play) naming 5 FORCES a 5 card draw.

Precision Haymaker allows the user to choose a number from 0-5, and forces his opponent to draw that equal number of card(s) as stated by Dark Knight Bob. So the number part you're the one with the decision rights and not your opponent.

Of course he's stuck drawing 5. That's why Haymaker's so damn broken.

And laughable moment when your opponent got pinned by a Powerslam (tb) from the 5 cards drew.  :P

No no, the best one yet was at GenCon in the AA qualifier... Peter Bradley, UK Commissioner, draws 5 of his 6 remaining cards from his opponent's Precision Haymaker, and from that plays a Backslide.. that wins, not from Fortitude, but from STUN (he had 5 Knuckle Shuffle out).  THAT was awesome.  :)
