All Axxess (what now)
« on: January 31, 2019, 06:09:56 PM »
With the impending death of the format the question come up of what to do with <Revolution> format language on Virtual Classic cards and abilities.

For example Interviewed by Mene Gene Okerlund references the Revolution Cruiserweight belt. How will these effect the game

We aren't changing old cards, I mentioned that last time someone asked.  Cards stay as printed.

Revisions are a ton of work already without adding unnecessary removal of VAA interactions or protections.

References to Revolution stuff on Classic cards won't hurt anything, that text'll just be inactive. In other words, it'll be just like VC is now.

One other thing - just because we aren't officially supporting VAA format doesn't mean people might not play it anyway.  In which case, the text will help balance things as intended.
