What qualifies as a reversal restriction because I think I saw someone write TB German Suplex would not be stopped by Carlito Says.
I just want to know what lines qualify as reversal restrictions? Would Don't be a douchebag reverse a non unique maneuver that can't be reversed?

Carlito CAN hit German IF the restriction on the card is active. As of right now, the ruling is if it has a printed restriction that is not active, Carlito wont hit it. Daeva has stated he is looking into the card so who knows what will happen from here, but that is the current ruling.

As far as reversal restriction, a few examples are Chain cards, cards with "cannot be reversed..." or "can only be reversed..." either in the text or added by other effects are reversal restrictions. Any card with an effect that restricts how, where from, or by what it can be reversed is a reversal restriction.
