Unspecific question has no answer, sorry.

An RMS just means the card can't be modified, they don't inherently affect each other.  If you have a specific example that would create a conflict, feel free to provide it.  Card text will improve the speed of the answer.  :)

The only thing that can modify a card with the RMS is itself or an "unblanked" Rowdy Roddy Piper, hence why they fixed him a little in Virtual. As Creed stated: It's best to give a direct example of what your question pertains/involves and please, card text if you can.
