World Championship deck lists year by year
« on: October 26, 2018, 09:19:51 PM »
I was wondering, do deck lists exist for each and every year for the RD World championships?  I know Mike Canu as we are from the same hometown, but he only remembers the gist of his deck, I am wondering if they are online somewhere.  Be curious to see how the game evolved.

I'm going to +1 this, we had a discussion about that in the Discord and we were able to find a few lists through the internet wayback machine but not the all the list. If any former world champion could come here and post their lists or the gist of their lists, would be great.

I'm pretty sure when the official Raw Deal website shut down recently all the decklists from about 2006 and earlier went with it. Not sure what is all on here though, we've been through a few forum changes since the original run of Raw Deal ended many many moons ago.  ;)

We were able to find the decklists. 2003 and 2003 were right to censor, 2004 evolution.

It is to be noted that in 2002 the champion was Mike Canu and he was crowned after a series of game in various format like 4 way royal rumble, smackdown rounds 1 and 2 and maybe some limited format (draft or seal). I'm including here Baron Vangor Toth's decklist who only lost once in the 1v1 constructed portion of the tournament and is also the only decklist available.
