Devil's Favorite Demon

Here's my Devil's Favorite Demon deck that went 6-0 on the weekend. I believe I attempted to play one action all day, and didn't play anything other than reversals from backlash, so some adjustments can be made to suit your style.

This deck is ruthless.
His Mid-match card, combined with searching for his Specific maneuvers at the beginning of the game is a deadly combination. The Power Struggle out of nowhere caught me by surprise. I'll have report for the event the deck won up this weekend.

Thrust Knee Lift doesn't work with Old School Cage match?

Nope....in fact it's one of the main reasons OS Cage is a thing after all.....

That's what I thought. OSCM also doesn't stop DFD from picking up Hellfire Boots either... Just trying to decipher Naitchng's suggestion/comment.

I think he's saying that a random Thrust Knee Lift in the opponent's Ringside pile can remove your Hell cards in Ringside from the game, and thus OS Cage protects you from that problem.

Last Outlaw has a similar issue protecting Wrestlemania from random removal.

I get it now. OSWM did only came into effect in two of my games, but I'm sure it did effect some opponent's strategies. I may pack both in the future.

Yup just pack both oscm & oswm, see a stall/sponge/action, use oswm, if not oscm for ringside proection as well as screwin those deck that use bbd tb, steel chain shot tb, can't be readin this right, thrust knee lift, can't cheat an honest man etc or those that uses kidney punch to remove wrestlemania

Here's an updated list that just won another tournament going 5-1 (Only loss in Swiss was because I forgot to shuffle in the "hell" cards from backstage area.)

So, overall 11-1 in tournament play. It's a nasty deck.

Just curious, why no Making Your Escape? It stops your deck from completely getting shut down by a Volley lock. I started packing it after I faced a friend's Volley deck and realized how bad the matchup was.

I never ran into a volley deck, but the boots pick themself up, so you can play from hand. All else fails, you spin one of the 45 red cards. Can't stop everything in Virtual these days. But with 3 Backstage cards that recover, he can turtle quite nicely.
