Stop Sign

Action + Action: Foreign Object

When playing a Grapple, Throw, Trademark or Trademark Finisher without 'Maintain' in the text, you may choose this card until that card finishes resolving.
ACE: When this card is chosen, put this card into your Ringside and then your successfully played maneuver is +4D and +1 Stun Value.

When this card is in your hand, you may put it into the Ring to completely reverse a non-unique High Risk, and your opponent overturns 4 cards.

F: 15     D: 5     Unique     Multi

Am i right to assume that since i am putting this card into ring to completely reverse a non-unique high risk, i do not need to fulfill the 15F requirement?

STOP!

Yes, you are. I just can't help myself when I see Stop Sign, just like the King.

STOP!

It doesn't matter if Stop Sign is 15F or 1515F, or whether your Fortitude is 0 or 10 or 100 or 10000, you can use Stop Sign's effect. There is no Fortitude check on effects unless they specifically say otherwise (like Greetings from Dudleyville, USA).
