Just to close the loop here for anyone not on the Discord: Whoops. Every once in a while, we accidentally a word or concept; this is one of those cases. Aleister was intended to be able to play Nephilim after Springboard, but we kind of forgot to let him. That will be fixed down the line, so for now, consider that to be a hint towards future support.

Springboard doesn't restrict what you play after it; you just don't get the text on Springboard itself if you play something that isn't a Strike.

In this case, you get the text on Nephilim instead.

There is no one combined "the Ring." There is your Ring, and there is his Ring. They are separate entities, and moving a Permanent card from one to the other is verboten, unless the Permanent card is moving itself. We have multiple cards that reference "all players' Rings," but the only references to "the Ring" (other than in Ladder in the Ring, Throw Opponent Out of the Ring, and the like) on actual cards are references to your Ring.

It functions the same way as a lot of actions do. Iron Will, Boot Lace, every Dynamic card... Here Comes the Coach works the same way as a reversal, too. It's not discarding for an effect, it's playing a card that resolves to Ringside, the shorthand for which is "discard this card."

Potentiality Rule
-The Potentiality Rule is a rules template that says that a card may be reversed based upon what that card will do ‘when played’ or when it becomes successfully played, but only according to the text of that card, the Fortitude Rating, and the Superstars in play.

The way the Potentiality Rule applies in this situation is that it looks at the text of the card in question at the time the card is played, and says "Does this text restrict reversals or not?" If the condition for a reversal restriction is not met, then the answer to the logical test is "No," which means there is printed text, but that text is not a reversal restriction, because it doesn't restrict anything.

Crasher's thinking of the wording of Cow, Ap Chaki Kick, and the like; this is not worded that way. MonkeyLord13, your analysis is exactly correct.

Once a reversal has resolved to the Ring, a card has been put into a Ring this turn. From that point forward, Give In becomes a valid reversal, even if we are still in the middle of the Multi maneuver's Timing Breakdown.

The thing to notice with Give In is that cards that are played are put somewhere when they resolve.

Any played card that resolves to the Ring is put there when it is successful. From that perspective, this card can reverse the second card played on any turn.

However, if your opponent has an effect that directly puts a card into his Ring without playing it (Throw Into the Corner Turnbuckle TB is one of many examples), you can use this on any card played after that card is put there, even if it is the first card played.

No. The Chain trait requires a player to discard 2 cards in order to play a reversal from their hand or Backlash to the Chain card.

Bobby Roode's non-hybrid maneuvers without a printed reversal restriction, when discarded to pay that cost, count as 2 cards instead of 1.

If his opponent plays Ankle Lock TB, Roode can discard 1 Kick, instead of 2 cards, to play a reversal.

This card does nothing to Roode's cards on his own turn.

There was an oversight in design that enabled an unscrupulous SOB (not the card) to misrepresent their game state to their opponent. The card has been reworded to require Aleister to reveal his hand and Arsenal, preventing this issue.

When the switch is completed, both the hand and Arsenal become private information again, but they become public until the completion of the effect.

The links are still there, but for whatever reason, they're not showing up. If they're being linked from the same site the dev team is using, it's possible the links have been broken by updates made on the back end.

I don't know which links are intended to be which cards, so I'm not going to mess around with it to find out, but if the page doesn't sort itself out, I'll simply ask that everyone sit tight for about 2 days. The images are also available on the Discord, and on a couple Facebook pages, including an album independently maintained by Velacards, so feel free to check them out in any of those places until the set drops if we can't fix this page.

You pack them in the Backstage. If they were intended to be packed anywhere else, we would specify, but since they are packed in the normal zone, we did not. Speaking from personal preference only, I would rather not have Superstar cards packed in zones other than the Backstage, but Dude Love was obviously outside my control.

They start the game hidden, and are revealed according to the conditions on either their own Superstar card or on Shock the System.

You are not considered to be any Superstar but the Undisputed Era; you get benefits on cards that say "when X is revealed," but not "when you are X" (unless X is Undisputed Era, of course.)
