Hello there children!  I've missed this place.  I've missed all of you.  I'm happy to see how well everything is flourishing around these parts.  Where have I been?  I've been quite busy.  With this:

Brothers and Scarlett Paige.

Hey guys!  So, my wife and I have recently purchased the Jackbox Party Pack #2, and it's a blast.  Anybody who watched our stream of it on Twitch can join in and play!  I'd love to play some games with you guys, so I'll be sure to let you all know when we RIGHT NOW!

Watch there, then on your phone/tablet, go to to play along!

Supershow / Two questions
« on: August 09, 2015, 04:26:31 PM »
I got my beautiful wife into the game (she refuses to let me play as me lol), as well as my step-bro.  I looked on the SRG site, as well as here, and couldn't find the multiplayer rules.  Were they inadvertently deleted or misplaced?

Also, how's the progression of the graphic novel?  I remember hearing about some awesome things down the line, just wondering where those were going.

Man...5:30 am sure is early.  Luckily for me, I had the day off and decided to view this beauty live.  And what a show it was!  The entire thing is worth watching...

...okay that's a lie.  There are three matches out of the 5 worth watching.

Jericho vs Neville

Even though it's old man Jericho vs Neville, it's still an amazing match between these two.  Worth the view.

Tamina vs Paige vs Nikki Bella - Divas Championship

Kofi Kingston vs THE BEAST IN THE EAST Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrock Llllllllllllllesnar!!!

This is the marquee match, and it's in the middle of the card.  Thank you!  That gives the main event some meaning!  Kofi actually got in some offense.  Worth the view, rather funny.

The Demon Finn Bàlor vs Kevin Owens - NXT CHAMPIONSHIP

Yes yes yes, big profile match, big main event.  Looking at the time, they're giving this an hour with entrances.  Excellent.  Bàlor's full demon entrance is beautiful as always, and there were a few streamers.  Yay!  Kevin Owens comes out, and I notice the geishas in the ring.  Full Japanese big fight tradition I see.  We get the in ring intros...AND A FULL BLOWN SEA OF STREAMERS FLY FOR BÀLOR!!!!!!!!!!  Never in the history of pro wrestling or Raw Deal have I hoped and prayed for a high quality picture than right now.  The match itself is worthy of the main event slot, just a thing of beauty.  Finish comes, Demon flies...AND WE HAVE A NEW NXT CHAMPION!  Finn Bàlor wins ANOTHER championship in Japan.  What a huge moment.

Hmm...there's still a good chunk of time left...

King Barrett & Kane vs Dolph Ziggler & John Cena

...are you kidding me?  You just had a huge moment, and you bring out a random ass tag match to close the show?  Get the f*** out of here.

Rules Forum / Ass Kicked/Wig Split/"Card with stun" interaction
« on: August 19, 2014, 05:13:24 PM »
Somebody Gon' Get They A$% Kicked!
Pre-match Event
Cannot be blanked, and does not take up a slot in your Ring.
When packing this card, your Stun the Crowd is Unique.
Your maneuvers are +1 Stun Value, and your printed 4D+ maneuvers are +4D.
F: 0     D: 0     Unique     Permanent

Somebody Gon' Get Their Wig Split!
Mid-match Action + Action
Choose one: shuffle all maneuvers in your Ringside into your Arsenal, or look at your opponent's hand, choose 2 cards, and he discards the chosen cards.
When this card is not reversed, it is considered a successfully played maneuver for the rest of this turn.
F: 15     D: 5     Unique     Multi

If I were to play Wig Split and it isn't reversed, since it's considered a successfully played maneuver for the rest of the turn, does it get the +1 Stun from Ass Kicked?  Thus allowing cards such as "You'll Really Be Stunned" (Can only be played after a card with Stun Value) to be played?

Organized Play / HUGE 2014 Gen Con Announcement
« on: June 07, 2014, 09:19:59 AM »
It's that time again!  We are just over two months away from the Best Four Days In Gaming, and the Biggest Weekend in Raw Deal!  Events have been approved, tickets are selling, and at this time, I'd like to make a major announcement.  I have spoke with several of the event organizers, as well as representatives from SRG, and now, ladies and gentlemen...

On Thursday, August 14 and Friday, August 15, the "Intro to Raw Deal" class will now ALSO be "Intro To Supershow".

This is going to be their official "coming out" party to the rest of the world, and allow those who haven't had a chance to check out this amazing game their own opportunity to get a hands-on feel for it.  All tickets will be honored for BOTH classes, Raw Deal as well as Supershow.  Should event tickets sell out, by all means use generic tickets to secure your place into the Supershow class.

At this time I'll open the floor to questions and comments from the community.  We here within the Raw Deal Players Committee as well as those within SRG are confident that this partnership will be nothing but positive for all parties involved.

Rules Forum / "put into Ring" vs Universally Unique
« on: June 07, 2014, 06:29:33 AM »
If I have a card that allows me to put any card into my Ring area, can it be the same card my opponent already has if it's Universally Unique?  Is UU a PLAY restriction, or an overall restriction?

Another year, another set of tournaments officially on the books for Raw Deal.  I will state in advance that the Tornado Tag tournament may be either postponed or cancelled, as it was moved around on us and will probably overlap into the finals for Worlds that evening.  I will release more information after talking with the other organizers.

95 days to go.  Make them count.

Professional Wrestling Discussion / Ultimate Warrior passes away
« on: April 08, 2014, 08:57:32 PM »

WWE is shocked and deeply saddened to learn of the passing of one of the most iconic WWE Superstars ever, The Ultimate Warrior. Warrior began his WWE career in 1987 and quickly went on to become one of the biggest stars in WWE history. Warrior became WWE Champion at WrestleMania VI, defeating Hulk Hogan in an epic encounter. We are grateful that just days ago, Warrior had the opportunity to take his rightful place in the WWE Hall of Fame and was also able to appear at WrestleMania 30 and Monday Night Raw to address his legions of fans. WWE sends its sincere condolences to Warrior’s family, friends and fans. Warrior was 54 and is survived by his wife Dana and his two daughters.

I'm...I'm...I'm at a loss.  We JUST SAW HIM.  I'm in tears.

General Chat / The most surreal picture ever
« on: March 23, 2014, 11:02:55 PM »
Many people who have gone to Gen Con or talked to me at length have heard my Zack Gowen story.  For those who don't, just ask me and I'll tell you the story (it's really one of those "better in person" ones).  Long story short though, I was a dick wrestling fan MANY years ago, he was a dick indie wrestler who was in a dark place at the time, I said A LOT of horrible two legged wrestling jokes, he LEGIT had to be carried away by security after the match.

Last night, in Fort Wayne, IN, I had the pleasure of working Heroes & Legends III.  Sharing the ring with WWE Hall Of Famer Nikoli Volkoff while he sang the Russian national anthem is something that will live with me forever.  After the show...this happened.

He apologized for the state he was in at the time and the level of douche, I apologized for being "that fan".  It's a moment almost a decade in the making.

General Chat / Custom Logo help (non-wrestling)
« on: March 08, 2014, 08:56:56 AM »
A friend of mine is looking to open an online based store to sell her crochet goods.  I come to you, my friends here at TCO, for help in making her a logo for the company.  It's called "HOOKED", and we were hoping to find something by the end of the weekend.  If anybody thinks they can help, please hit me up for details.  It would be beyond appreciated.

Organized Play / Gen Con News & Notes
« on: August 06, 2013, 07:22:40 PM »
We are just over one week away guys.  I wanted to take this time to remind everybody of a few details, and things to make sure everybody has/realizes:

The World Championship is happening on Saturday at HIGH NOON!
--Deck Lists ARE REQUIRED, and ARE REQUIRED TO BE TYPED OUT!!  I am NOT going to take 20 minutes to try and decipher somebody's handwriting because it's scribbled down on a sheet of notebook paper like a 5 year old.  If you don't have a typed deck list ready to hand in, I suggest running back to the hotel and using the office.

Cash will not be accepted for entry, you MUST have either an Event Ticket (HIGHLY recommended) or generic tickets to equal the entry fee.  All events are $2 except Worlds, which is $4.

Intro classes are being offered Thursday, Friday, Saturday.  The RDPC would appreciate it if some of the higher level players would be willing to volunteer to help with the classes.

There are two Gen Con-long events going on.  First, there's the "A Moment In History" challenge, FOUND HERE.  Then, there's this year's Do0shebag vs The World Challenge, "The Million Dollar Challenge", FOUND HERE.

Finally, for all things Gen Con, be sure to follow @TCOdotNET on Twitter.

See you all next week!

Online Play / Lackey League Week 2: Time Paradox
« on: August 05, 2013, 06:18:32 PM »
Not a full preview for this week, as preparations for next week's Best Four Days In Gaming has me at a block.  But I will be able to take this time to explain a new feature we're going to be showing in the weeks to come: Feature Matches.  Feature Matches will be two fold.  One, a major match with a storyline backing it, and two, the explanation for the title of each week's League.  For example, this week's Featured Matches involve Cryme Tyme vs Kenny (see Prologue for details), as well as our Titled Match, Miz & Morrison vs MnM.  Johnny Nitro stands across the ring from John Morrison.  Two Johns Enter, One John Leaves.  Have fun guys!

Featured Match  Cryme Tyme (1-0)(BigPimpin) vs. Kenny (1-0)(mrpeoplesteam)
Featured Match  Miz & Morrison (0-1)(Jokerfish) vs. MnM (0-0)(Mitch!)
Big Poppa Pump (1-0)(KD8ESU) vs Rock & Sock (1-0)(JaysonPhenix)
Mark Henry (0-0)(BigPimpin) vs. HHH (0-0)(Theren)
Stacy Keibler (0-0)(mrpeoplesteam) vs. Big Show (0-0)(KD8ESU)
Mickie James (0-1)(Mitch!) vs. Lex Luger (0-1)(Jokerfish)
Molly Holly (0-1)(JaysonPhenix) vs. Scotty 2 Hotty (0-0)(TimJR)

Again, PMs to myself and Buddha Dudley or the match didn't happen.

Online Play / League Week 2 Prologue: Under Fire
« on: July 30, 2013, 08:13:45 AM »
We open on a shot of GM James Altraz on the phone.  The look on his face is one mixed with confusion, anger, and panic.

Altraz: ..yes I understand that, I' assured I'm taking care of the situation.  I kno...yes...yes I know what he said.  I know how hurtful it seemed. think I don't understand because of the co...yes...Mr. Cotten I'm going to handle things.  Good day.

Altraz hangs up his desk phone and stares into the camera.

Altraz:  I have been on the phone non stop for days now.  The Nation of Domination has been ringing my phone off the hook.  I've had to deal separately with JTG and Shad.  Lawyers from the NAACP, ACLU, the ASPCA, AARP, NAMBLA, even Clarence Mason!  I'm going to handle this.

The camera cuts to what happened after the Kenny vs Miz & Morrison match.

Kenny:" Well well well, whats this? Kenny won a match? the little cheer leader D-Bag won a match? did YOU PEOPLE see what i just did to TWO men? YOU PEOPLE better get used to this. Cause in a short time period, YOU PEOPLE will be looking at your NEW world Heavyweight Champion. I'm out"

Back to Altraz, a pissed off look on his face.

Altraz:  ..."you people"?  "YOU PEOPLE"?!  DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT KIND OF PR NIGHTMARE YOU'VE CAUSED?!  I'm going to stop this before it gets out of control.  This week, we'll see Kenny vs Cryme Tyme.  Maybe that will teach you some respect for "you people".

The phone rings again.

Altraz:  Oh for the love of f***...

He answers as we fade to black

Kenny (mrpeoplesteam) vs Cryme Tyme (BigPimpin)

Online Play / League Week 1: A New Beginning
« on: July 22, 2013, 06:00:43 PM »
The camera flickers to life in an empty arena.  All the lights are down, sans a few of the small security lights scattered throughout the building.  In the middle of camera view, the silhouette of a ring can be seen.  Inside this ring there stands a figure.  A single spotlight shines down from above, illuminating this man wearing an all black suit, black shirt, and a fiery red tie.  He keeps his head down, but is wearing a headset microphone.

Figure:  Change.  The growth of society is all about change.  We change government officials.  We change our eating habits when we need to change as people.  We change our clothes when they get dirty and can't be worn.  It's time for change.  It's time for a new beginning.  It's time to make things right.  It's time...

The figure raises his head to reveal the grinning face of...

James Altraz:  ...A new boss.  Allow me to properly introduce myself.  I am the President of Talent Relations and Owner of the hottest talent conglomerate in the world, The @gency.  And I am also the new General Manager of both Raw and Smackdown.  My name is Mr. James Altraz, but you can call me Sir.

Pyro erupts from behind Altraz as the lights come up, revealing the HD set in all its glory.  Strobe lights shine throughout the arena.  The Raw graphic as well as the @gency logo lights up the Tron.

Altraz:  My first order of business is the championship situation.  Since the hiatus, the old champion is no more.  Vladimir Kozlov has been released, and we wish him best in all his future endeavors.  It's time to crown a new champion, and what better way than with a tournament.  You want in this tournament?  You better impress the boss.  After a few weeks of matches, we will see who can impress the boss the best, then we'll have the tournament to crown a new World Heavyweight Champion.  I'm even willing to go as far as to allow tag teams the chance to call each other co-champions!  It's a new day.  It's a new era.  It's a new League.

Now…we have had a lot of interesting developments over the past few weeks, and lots of interesting alliances have formed.  I want to see some people impress me and I will give them every chance to.  So, in the interest of sexual fairness, we will see Inter-gender Matches!  And due to affirmative action and potential lawsuits, after talking it over with my legal team, Cryme Tyme will only wrestle against single opponents as far as we can help it… So we hope you enjoy the new direction Raw and Smackdown is taking… Because I sure do.

The camera fades to black on the grin of Mr Altraz.

Cryme Tyme (BigPimpin) vs. Lex Luger (Jokerfish)
Miz & Morrison (Jokerfish) vs. Kenny (mrpeoplesteam)
Mark Henry (JaysonPhenix) vs The Game (unknown_soldier78)
Big Poppa Pump (KD8ESU) vs. Molly Holly (JaysonPhenix)

The Rock & Sock Connection (JaysonPhenix) vs Mickie James (Mitch!)
Demolition (TimJR) vs. Babe of the Year (unknown_soldier78)
Mark Henry (BigPimpin) vs Gail Kim (mrpeoplesteam)

PM's need to be sent to myself and Buddha Dudley after every match, or we'll just assume the match never took place.
