Professional Wrestling Discussion / Wrestling Controversies

Out of all the wrestling controversies out there (no matter how absurd) which one would be the most damaging if it were found to be true tomorrow morning?

Let's keep it tasteful but I'm morbidly curious.

Deck Reviews - Virtual / Help with Andre the Giant
« on: September 26, 2014, 12:06:45 PM »
So I picked up a half-built Andre the Giant deck and felt that it couldn't be a terrible first deck for me to start playing.

After examining all of his cards, including the virtual stuff I felt that a few Blindside Maneuvers would be obvious...then I realized I could just try a Heat deck and accomplish the same thing with safer results.

Am I far off here or does anyone have any suggestions? Giant Eifel Tower makes me not want to play Face because it neuters Once is Enough, which seems to be a staple Face reversal card. I know I can hide God Intended and bait the player into removing Eifel Tower but it doesn't seem to be a guaranteed thing. Even though I don't have access to Heel pre-match and mid-match cards due to the ability I feel it's the better way to go. Fan Favorite seems to help him a lot with It's Great To Be Back Here In, as well as other cards.

Fantasy Cards / Fantasy Card: The Montreal Screwjob
« on: September 21, 2014, 02:19:56 PM »
The past few days I've been glancing at Raw Deal rules and cards. We watched the Bret Hart portion of the Monday Night War on the WWE Network (For only $9.99 a month). Be kind, I'm a novice!

The Montreal Screwjob
Pre-Match Feud
(Vince McMahon, Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart Logos)

If you are Vince McMahon or The Genetic Jackhammer you cannot pack ECW cards, foreign objects or the card titled "Remember Who Pays Your Salary" while packing this card; You may pack non-manager cards as if you were a Legend but you are not considered to be a Legend; Your opponent may not play cards with "Legend" in the title or text.
When played by Shawn Michaels your card titled "I've Got Two Words For Ya!" is -15 Fortitude.
When packed by Bret Hart you are no longer a Legend and you are now a WCW superstar; You may pack the card titled "Classic Competitor". You may not pack WWF cards. Your WCW cards do not take up a pre-match slot in your ring area.

How bad did I goof this up?

General Chat / Hello, everyone.
« on: September 18, 2014, 01:02:39 PM »
Hello everyone-

My name is Dizzy, I'm Drywall's wife.

We had an incident yesterday and I was asked to post here because he may not be on for a little while.

Drywall works 9 shifts a week: 7 days as a Body Piercer and 2 nights a week as a Cab Driver. Yesterday while body piercing a gentleman with a carry permit (firearm) accidentally discharged his weapon, a revolver. The stray round struck my husband.

He's medically stable and I thank heavens he wasn't seriously injured. He's been ordered to rest up for just a bit to let his wound heal.

He's told me before that the TCO community is like a family of sorts and that he tries to post and read daily. I wanted you all to know that this site means a lot to him. I don't personally understand his Raw Deal addiction but I support him in everything he does, even if it means walking into his man cave and seeing 14 boxes of cards stacked randomly next to 7 uncompleted decks.

I know I've never posted here before and I wish that it was under lighter circumstances. I just wanted to keep you guys in the loop and say thank you for providing this little slice of life that he so enjoys.
