No worries Keith. All good. At least now we know that it can be done this way.

Paul Heyman's Shoot Promo
Action + Action
Draw up to 2 cards.
ACE: When this card is in your Ring and your opponent moves a card from his Ringside to any other location without playing a card, remove that card from the game, and then remove this card from the game.

If my opponent is moving three cards instead of one card, do I still get to activate the ACE?

You could, but I'd rather use one night stand in sandman since I recover each time I toss a foreign object and not just once a turn

Thanks for the confirmation! (:

Hey since you are asking a question regarding Sandman, can I recover with Iowa after the face-down cards are successfully played and the face-down cards are also maneuvers printed 4d or greater?

Dubuque, Iowa
Pre-match Venue: Heat
When this card is in your Ring or is removed from the game, your other Pre-match effects cannot move cards from your Ringside to your Arsenal. Once during each of your turns when you successfully play a printed D: 4+ maneuver, shuffle up to 1 card from Ringside into your Arsenal.
ACE: When your Fortitude Rating is 10+, you may ignore any of your opponent's reversal restrictions from cards and remove this card from the game to reverse any RMS card or any card with "shoot" in the title; shuffle up to 4 cards from your Ringside into your Arsenal. When you Activate this card, it can be considered to be a hybrid reversal card.

Can Sandow get three options for it?

The Intellectual Savior of the Masses
Backstage Area
Your Damien Sandow-specific Pre-match cards do not take up a slot in your Ring.
When you successfully play a card that would allow you to choose between one or more effects, you may choose one additional effect.
When your opponent successfully plays a card that allows him to choose one or more different effects, you may choose and apply one of the effects as well.

Pre-match Manager
At the end of the Pre-match phase, choose 2 of the following: blank the text of a Stipulation card in your opponent’s Ring area, put a Title Belt from his Ring area into his Ringside pile, put up to 2 cards from your Ringside pile into your hand, or increase the number of Mid-match cards you may have in your Ring area by 2.

Since I have a move to do this month that will take me offline for 1-2 weeks most likely, I'm going to be extra-aggressive on matchups this week.  Esp Saturday, where I have to be home and available for work (but likely will not need to).  Anyone interested in setting up a time, holler at me so we can get it done.

I'm up if you are.

I'm giving Drywall the win, as I won't be able to make it online to play him today (last day of deadline).  Sorry dude, if I can get online another time, let's just play it out for fun.

Glad to see some friendly rounds going on. #ForTheLoveOfTheGame  :)

Seems like it's a win for Team X-treme via forfeit. I was told by LawnMowerMan to take the win. So FIRST BLOOD for the MITB round!  :)

Summer Rae defeated Team X-treme via pinfall

Lita betrayed Team Xtreme and hence Team Xtreme got their ass handed to them. Haha!

We played half a match, but I had other things I committed to that i couldnt put off. Plus he had me beat anyways. This was a one time thing mainly because we couldn't get together until the last minute. Was on all week just about every night, this was just a bad weekend to try and fit a game in

We can actually have it or carry on on Monday if we could have saved it since it's a bad weekend for you.

A win for Team Xtreme via forfeit. Is this considered a pinfall?

Can i still use his ability when I have less than 5 cards in my arsenal?

Starting Hand Size: 3     Superstar Value: 0
Rookie Superstar Ability: Once during each of your turns, you may remove 1 card in your Ring from the game, and then search the top 5 cards of your Arsenal for 1 maneuver, reveal it, put it in your hand, and shuffle.

Niiiiiiick, I'm online now.

Lackey Tournaments / Re: T.C.O LACKEY TOURNAMENT EVENT! (7.0) THE TOP!!!
« on: November 10, 2016, 11:04:03 AM »
Part of that is because it being the top 4 now there really is no benefit in giving out a double loss, where as during swiss it makes sense because of all the other circumstances. For what its worth they both do deserve a double loss given the time its been. But the same could be said for Dilbert and I since it took almost 2 weeks for our game too, at this point The only person this is holding up right bow is me being the only guy in the finals, and taking a double loss on there part giving me an auto tournament win is just unnecessary, as I'm not exactly in a rush to finish as real life continues on

From what I've learned from running these events is this, its very difficult to run an online tournament that lasts a period of time. Given everyone's different time zones it makes it SO difficult to have peoples schedules work together, proving time and time again even a week span is extremely hard for someone working a 9 to 5 in America to get a game done with someone from Chile or Singapore. Its no ones fault its just life

Its also been proven that its harder to give out losses, or double losses, without feeling for the people involved, each round there are a game or two that forces my hand with it, sometimes even more! And its situations like that that really take the steam out of the events for myself as well.

Given the mass decrease in competitors this time around, and how long it literally lasts once top hits, even though it should be faster, I'm not sure if I can produce another event after this.

If I was to do another event. It would be no excuses for swiss, if you break deadline then it's a loss or double loss depending which player is putting in the effort. Its just hard to say, OK you both loose because what is 8pm in America and ready to play is 4am over here and sleeping. But the next event I want players who are willing to accept those terms, if I do produce another event

Till then This event is dragging greatly. I haven't seen a post from Nico in forever, and I only just saw a Post from IMC2oo2 AFTER the 2 weeks it took for Dilbert and I to get our game done. So the steam in this event is gone for sure, but I feel it was gone long ago

So what does everyone want to do? Does anyone want me to start up another event in the mean time? I'm not neccassarily saying this event is over and 1) Nico keeps belt by default or 2) I am declared the new champion due to negligence, but we could always get one going if people are interested. And I promise to keep the next one as tight and straight forward as can be, if that means someone from out of the USA doesn't feel they could handle the event because of it then I understand, just know you're all welcome if you feel you can accept the time differences. You all have proven to me you can get it done in the past. Seeing how huge of a success the first few events were!

Let's have another one! I'm actually alright with US and Chile's timing. Just that UK's timing is a bit too far off for me. But I'm willing to give it a shot. imc2oo2 and I actually managed to get our game going so this shows that it can happen.  :)
