Cody's Protective Face Mask
Backstage Card
*Can only be revealed when you play From Dashing to Disfigured.
When this card is revealed, no player can move maneuvers in your Ring or Ringside from the game with non-Superstar-specific cards or effects, and when your opponent causes you to discard cards, the number of cards discarded is reduced to 1.
When this card is hidden, once during each of your turns you may remove 1 card with 'face' or 'mask' in the title in your hand or Ringside from the game and draw 2 cards.

Does this include the Chain trait?

Yup, for the same reason why you can draw when you discard Ego Boost to the Chain trait.
